EasySell, operated by Tyslo FZE–LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Each Merchant is responsible for ensuring that the materials they submit, upload, or display through EasySell do not infringe any third-party rights.

We will promptly respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.


Filing a DMCA Notice (for Copyright Holders)

If you believe that material accessible through EasySell infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice with the following information (required by law):

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.

  3. A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location (e.g., the relevant Shopify store or URL where the material appears).

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Filing a Counter-Notification (for EasySell Merchants/Users)

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your written notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your district, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where Tyslo may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not notify us of a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the material.


Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts of Merchants who are the subject of three (3) or more DMCA notices, or fewer in cases of clear abuse or willful infringement.


Important Notes

  • Submitting false information in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

  • If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, please consult an attorney before filing.

  • This policy does not limit our right to remove content or terminate accounts for other reasons under our Terms of Service.
